Round Trimming Base
This round base is purpose designed to fit the R5000 or R5002 1/4″ Routers. The round base is made from a machined aluminium die casting. You simply push the motor body into the round base and then lock off with the large clamping lever. You now have an even more compact router that can be used with either one or two hands. On the bottom of the base is an anti friction, non marring 75mm diameter plastic sub base to ensure a smooth sliding movement over the workpiece.
One of the advantages of the round base is that you can see the cutting line. This design allows you to have precise control for trimming, edging and fine detail routing. An excellent round base that will allow you to enhance your workpiece finish. ©
