T Track and Hardware Kit
This kit contains 2 pieces of 8.3mm x 1,000mm T track, 2 pieces of 19mm x 1,000mm T track and a 58 piece hardware kit for use in both 8.3mm and 19mm T tracks.
The 19mm track measures 1000mm in length and has a 19mm wide x 9.5mm deep slot opening for use with industry standard mitre gauge bars and a lower 24mm wide T slot for use with industry standard slider T bars. The external dimensions are 31.1mm wide by 13.1mm deep. Supplied as a pack of 2 x 1000mm lengths, this track accepts the optional 19mm slider bar kits, 58 piece hardware kit, 4 way connector kit, low profile stops, hold down, cam clamps and fast jaw clamps.
The 8.5mm track measures 1000mm in length and has 8.3mm wide x 9.7mm deep slot opening with a lower 13.8mm wide T slot for use with industry standard T bolts and T slot nuts. The external dimensions are 18.9mm wide by 12.4mm deep. Supplied as a pack of 2 x 1000mm lengths, this track accepts the optional 58 piece hardware kit, low profile stops, flip stop, 4 way connector kit, hold down clamps, cam clamps and fast jaw bench clamps.
Manufactured from aluminium extrusions, T tracks are the core component for making woodworking jigs and fixtures. T tracks are commonly used on work benches, router tables, saw tables and drilling machine tables when working with fences, mitre gauges, feather boards, coping sleds and hold down clamps. They can be fitted to any surface in to which an appropriate channel can be cut or routed. Designed and manufactured exclusively for Rutlands®, using our own precision steel dies, each track is anodised for wear resistance and to prevent oxidation. The T track is predrilled with countersunk holes at 130mm intervals and features a central V groove running the complete length of the track for ease of drilling additional location holes.
Containing a selection of the most popular jig fixing hardware, the hardware kit will allow you to make and mount home made jigs and fixtures to T tracks and mitre slots on router tables, table saws, drilling machines, work benches or anywhere you need to.
This set will work with both the included 19mm and 8.3mm T tracks, as it contains slider bars for 19mm T tracks and T bolts that fit both the slider bars and fit directly into the slot in 8.3mm T tracks. The set includes 4 x slider bars, 10 x 65mm T bolts with 12mm heads, 10 x 40mm T bolts with 12mm heads, 3 x 5 star knobs with thro heads, 3 x 5 star knobs with male threads, 4 x round knobs with thro heads, 4 x T knobs with thro heads, 8 x threaded insert nuts, 8 x 3 prong T nuts, 4 x locking washers.
This 58 piece set is presented in a carry case and offers a comprehensive selection of knobs, bolts and inserts to suit varying sizes and function of home made jigs. An excellent set that will suit industry standard 19mm and 8.3mm T tracks and mitre slots. ©
