Castors with Lift – 60mm – Pack of 4
This wheel set is purposed designed for heavy duty use on workshop machinery and workbenches. The mounting brackets and lift mechanism are manufactured from 3mm thick hardened steel plate that will not buckle or bend under heavy load. Each mounting bracket has a series of six pressed holes, three at the top and three at the bottom. You use the two centre holes if the legs you are mounting on are less than 60mm wide or all four corner holes if the legs are greater than 60mm wide.
You simply mount the brackets on your workbench or machine legs at a height 40mm above the surface of the floor, by drilling the legs and using the supplied bolts. Once mounted you press down on the lift pedal with your foot until it locks firmly in place, lifting the workbench or machine off the floor. You can then freely manoeuvre the machine or bench around the workshop.
The 60mm diameter castors are made from a no-mar polymer and are extremely durable. Supplied as a set of 4 with fixing bolts they have a combined load capacity of 250kg. They are excellent for use with router tables, table saws and wooden workbenches allowing you to move equipment around the workshop to utilise the space to the maximum. Highly recommended. ©
