Digital Tape Measure
This 5 metre digital tape measure is the latest advancement in measuring technology, making measuring easier, faster and more precise. A large easy to read LCD display can be set to metric or imperial readings and you can store up to two readings at the touch of a button eliminating the need to write down or remember the figure. These readings are easily recalled by holding down either the left or right buttons on the face of the tape, depending on which was used to store the reading.
Extremely precise, the digital read out has a resolution of 1mm, the measuring scale is accurate to ±0.1mm, making it ideal for cabinetmakers and joiners who require accuracy each and every time. Measurements can be taken from either the front or the back of the tape measure, switching between the two by toggling through the menu settings. This is ideal when measuring from a corner or edge, or inside frames with no need to bend the tape.
Powered by an extra-long life lithium battery the measure automatically switches off after 2 minutes to maximise the battery life. The case of the measure is manufactured from a high-grade polymer that is both impact and shock resistant and the base is flat, to allow for the measure to stand upright unaided. Used in conventional mode the blade is 20mm wide and has permanent, laser marked metric and imperial graduations, that are bright and easy to read.
