Being fully forged from a single length of high-quality carbon steel means these clamps are more resilient than cast iron F clamps. With each clamp producing 1500N of clamping force, these drop forged steel F clamps will prove an invaluable addition to your workshop. The bar and sliding arm are fully galvanized to prevent corrosion and increase the working life of the clamp. The sliding clamping arm is designed to not slip against the main bar when exerting its maximum clamping pressure. The steel tommy bar allows for easy, controlled transfer of force when tightening, making sure your work is held securely as quickly as possible. The fast action rolled acme thread is precision machined to enable smooth fast clamping and is tipped with a ball jointed clamping pad to allow tapered pieces to be clamped effectively.
The main bar is made of a single piece of 16mm x 8mm I profiled steel that prevents the bar from flexing when clamping and maximises strength and durability. This clamp has a capacity of 300mm and a throat depth of 80mm. They can be used in most of your projects, especially when quick, strong clamping pressure is needed. Supplied in packs of 6.
