Horizontal Bench Dog Clamps – Pack of 2
These horizontal bench dog clamps feature a low profile design, ensuring a secure lateral clamping force on the edges of workpieces whilst freeing the work surface of obstruction. Designed for use within the 20mm dog holes of multifunction (MFT) woodworking tables and workbenches, they will rigidly secure the workpiece when routing, sanding, planing, drilling or any other woodworking application requiring full surface access to the workpiece.
Each clamp features an 18mm deep post that locates within a dog hole, secured with a locking knob from underneath the table to prevent any lifting of the clamp under load. Each clamp stop also features a post and locking knob, positioned along the worktable to adjust the clamping capacity to suit the dimensions of the workpiece. Each clamping surface has a textured polymer rubber pad to enhance grip and prevent damage to the work surface. Large, side-mounted handles allow easy exertion of the full 700N clamping force and operate on a secure cam-action lever to prevent slipping under load.
Made from an impact resistant polymer, the body of the clamps are extremely durable and measure 260mm in overall length with clamping faces measuring 15mm tall by 55mm wide. The carbon steel bar is induction hardened to prevent distortion and measures 12mm wide by 5mm deep. This pack of 2 horizontal bench dog clamps comes with 2 clamp bodies, 2 clamp stops and 4 clamp locking knobs. ©
