Router Circle Template
This router circle template allows the production of consistent, dimensionally accurate circle and radius cuts with your router. Whether creating inlays, decorative shapes and patterns or even circular cut-outs, this template combines 12 circle diameters and 4 corner radii, providing the versatility needed for a variety of woodworking projects.
The template features 12 metric sizes of circle from 25mm to 85mm in 5mm increments, and the resulting hole size can be adjusted further with the use of different diameter guide bushings. Each corner of the template features a different corner radius – R20, R30, R40 and R50, allowing you to quickly and accurately round over the corners of your project. Each hole and corner profile has been precision CNC machined to ensure dimensional accuracy and each are clearly marked for quick identification.
The template is engineered from a strong, 10mm thick acrylic ensuring it is both hard-wearing and rigid, retaining its shape and never bowing or flexing under load. The template provides ample space for clamping securely to the workpiece or can be affixed with double-sided tape. This versatile, easy to use template will replace the need for large, expensive drill bits which can be unwieldy, inaccurate and burn the wood. ©
