Setup Block for R5729 Lock Mitre Bit
These router bit setup blocks ensure you set the router bit to the precise height every time to produce perfect lock mitre joints. All that you need to do is align the block with the cutting edge of the bit by bringing the bit up through the table. Once the bit is aligned the block is flipped over and the fence is either moved forwards or backwards so that the block is aligned with the cutting edge of the bit. The height of the wood needs to be equal to height of the block which is 19.05mm.
The blocks are made from high density polyethylene which is known for its high strength to density ratio to make the blocks durable and long lasting.
Router bit shown for illustration purposes only and is not included with the setup block. Setup block can also be used for TR244.
