Shelf Hole Drill Jig
This jig is purpose designed for drilling shelf pin holes with guaranteed accuracy when adding shelves to assembled, unassembled, new or existing cabinetry.
The jig precisely spaces shelf pin holes either 37mm or 64mm from the edge and 32mm apart. The jig is supplied with a 1/4″ and a 5mm self centring bit that are specifically designed for use with the jig and features a brass nose that sits in the jig’s laser cut holes ensuring perfect centred bit alignment. The self centring bits have a 1/4″ quick change hex shank and a built in depth stop allows for repeat consistent drilling depths. The jig is designed for both frame and frameless applications. You can mount the black handle either to the left or the right of the jig to suit your workpiece. Made from a 4mm thick polypropylene the holes are laser cut for precision accuracy and the main black handle is manufactured from durable phenolic.
Measuring 480mm in length by 130mm in width this simple to use jig with allow you to drill shelf pin holes with speed and accuracy to any length of workpiece. ©
